- Developing a shared understanding of spiritual development for children and adults in school.
- Staff and pupils can articulate both the school vision and values.
- Pupils lead worship and can discuss the impact of it.
- To improve Teaching and Learning.
- Evaluate the impact of strategies used across school to enhance retention of knowledge.
- Formulate a policy across school to reflect expectations and key techniques
- Continue to monitor impact of strategies on retention of knowledge through subject monitoring visits
- To ensure long-term financial sustainability and effective budget management.
- Regular financial reviews to monitor expenditure and future planning.
- Grants and support networks to support additional development
- Spending on essentials, best value for money sought.
- To proactively promote the school, ensuring positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Continue to develop relationship with Leeds Minster through school worship, visits and children’s choir.
- Parental support assistant to organize and lead groups to help parents in early literacy, positive behaviour, early numeracy. Information shared with parents about curriculum, standards and helping pupils at home.
- Governor involvement and new leadership of local academy council using trust wide approach.
